At Pancha Creations, we believe in slow-crafted care — and meaningful collaboration. We’re proud to partner with a select number of shops, clinics, studios, and practitioners who share our values and our vision of offering truly intentional nourishment.

We don’t operate a public wholesale portal at this time. Instead, we approach each potential partnership personally — because our batches are limited, and our relationships matter.

When you bring Pancha Creations to your shelves or practice, you’re offering something your customers won’t find anywhere else:

• A 200+ year Ayurvedic lineage: Our formulations are rooted in an inherited family tradition that predates the modern wellness market by generations.
• Handcrafted with classical care: A single batch of ghee takes nearly twelve hours to make by hand, following traditional methods that honor the integrity of every ingredient.
• Cultured butter base: Unlike most ghee brands that use sweet cream butter, we use traditionally fermented cultured butter — the classical foundation for Ayurvedic ghee-making.
• Certified organic herbs: Every herb we use is certified organic, and whole — never extracts or flavor oils — and infused gently to preserve its natural properties.
• Small-batch exclusivity: Our production is intentionally limited. Carrying Pancha Creations means offering your customers something genuinely rare and carefully made.

We currently are available to partner with retailers and practitioners within the United States. All inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Our Offerings

Wholesale partnerships may include:

• Our full line of Ayurvedic herbal ghees, Traditional Ghee, and specialty products such as our Cinnamon-Honey Ghee Spread
• Special seasonal or limited-run blends, when available
• Product samples, usage cards, and educational support to help your team and customers understand the tradition and care behind every jar
• Early access to new product releases for established partners

Minimum order requirements may apply and will be discussed during the partnership inquiry process.

We do not offer white-label or private-label options. Each batch is handcrafted in-house under our own lineage-rooted process and standards, and our products are sold exclusively under the Pancha Creations name.

Brand Integrity & Representation

We take great care in how our products are made — and how they’re represented. All wholesale and retail partners are expected to:

• Sell products in their original, sealed packaging as received from Pancha Creations
• Represent products accurately — without making medical claims or altering product descriptions
• Refrain from repackaging, relabeling, or modifying products in any way

These expectations are outlined in detail in our partnership agreement, which all partners sign before any products change hands. This agreement protects both parties and ensures our products reach customers with the care and integrity they deserve.

What to Expect

Once we receive your inquiry, here’s what the process looks like:

1. We’ll review your inquiry and respond within 5–7 business days.

2. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule a conversation to learn more about your business, discuss product selection, and answer any questions.

3. We’ll share our partnership agreement, which outlines terms, expectations, and brand guidelines.

4. Once the agreement is signed, we’ll coordinate your first order and provide any educational materials or support you need to introduce Pancha Creations to your customers.
