Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your order to you safely, promptly, and in its best condition. Because our products are handcrafted and perishable, we take extra care in how they’re packaged and shipped.
Please review this policy before placing an order. This policy is subject to our Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside our Return & Refund Policy.
1. Order Processing
Fulfillment Window: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
High-Volume Periods: During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience — everything is still crafted, packed, and shipped with care.
Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations & Rates
Where We Ship: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your order weight, delivery destination, and preferred shipping method.
Expedited Shipping: If faster delivery options are available for your area, they will appear at checkout.
International Shipping: We do not regularly offer international shipping. Requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at info@panchacreations.com before placing an order. If approved, any customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or import taxes assessed by the destination country are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or prepay them.
3. Delivery Estimates
U.S. Shipping: Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your destination. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our hands, but we will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues that arise.
4. Local Pickup
If you’re local to the Colorado Front Range, you can select Local Pickup at checkout. We use Harbor Lockers — a secure smart locker network — for all local pickups. Our primary location is in Superior, CO, situated in a convenient public shopping center. Locker location and the timing of when your order is placed in a locker may vary depending on locker availability.
How It Works: Once your order is ready, we’ll load it into a secure Harbor Locker and send you an email with your locker location and pickup instructions. No appointment needed — lockers are accessible 24/7, so you can pick up whenever it’s convenient.
Harbor Pilot App Required: You must download the Harbor Pilot app (available on the App Store and Google Play) to access your locker and retrieve your order. Your locker assignment and access details will be available through the app.
Pickup Window: You have 3 calendar days from the date of your pickup notification to retrieve your order. If your order is not picked up within 3 days, it will be removed from the locker, returned to Pancha Creations, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

5. Packaging & Product Care
Our products are perishable and sensitive to heat, moisture, and contamination. We package all orders carefully to protect them during transit. However, we do not currently use insulated packaging or cold packs.
Upon Delivery: We recommend bringing your package inside promptly, especially during warm weather. Prolonged exposure to heat — such as sitting in a mailbox, on a porch, or in a hot vehicle — may affect product quality.
During Warm Months: If you live in an area experiencing high temperatures, you may wish to select a faster shipping option at checkout or choose local pickup to minimize time in transit.
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, it is shipped at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for product degradation caused by shipping delays, extreme weather during transit, or improper storage after delivery.
6. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Confirmation Email: You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete.
Shipping Notification: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
Local Pickup Notification: If you selected local pickup, you’ll receive an email with your locker location and pickup instructions once your order is ready. You will need the Harbor Pilot app to access your locker. Please retrieve your order within 3 days of notification.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at info@panchacreations.com.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
Damaged Orders: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@panchacreations.com with:
- Clear, unedited photos of the damaged product(s) and shipping packaging
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your claim and work with you on a replacement or refund in alignment with our Return & Refund Policy.
Missing or Lost Packages: If your tracking shows a delivery you didn’t receive, or your package appears significantly delayed:
- Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the most current status
- Check your delivery area — packages are sometimes left with neighbors, at side doors, or in building mailrooms
- If marked as delivered but not received, contact your local carrier or post office directly
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please contact us with your order number and any communication from the carrier. We’ll work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include reshipping the order or issuing a refund at our discretion.
8. Address Accuracy & Changes
Double-Check Your Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
Need to Make a Change? If you realize an error after placing your order, please email us at info@panchacreations.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t entered processing yet, we’ll do our best to correct it — but we cannot guarantee address changes once processing has begun.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
